On 29 January 2024 at 17.00-21.00 hrs., the Asia Pacific Foundation (APF) Canada, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Royal Thai Embassy, co-organized the Feedback Session for the Canadian Women-only Business Mission to the Republic of Korea and Thailand between 26-28 November 2023 in the fields of clean technology, health technology, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) - including education technology, at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Ottawa.  H.E. Woongsoon Lim, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Canada, and H.E. Kallayana Vipattipumiprates, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Canada, gave opening remarks.  The Session was attended by Chief Trade Commissioner and Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) Sara Wilshaw, Global Affairs Canada, as well as Canada’s business thought leaders such as Ruth Vachon, President and CEO of Quebec Business Women’s Network, Kiyo Weiss, Senior Director of Sales APAC, Air Canada, and the business delegates who participated in the Business Mission.  During the Session, business participants reported their respective successes as a result of the Mission and widely exchanged feedback and suggestions on how to further improve the Canadian Women-only Business Mission in the next phase.
