On 11 April 2019, Ambassador Maris Sangiampongsa hosted a dinner at the Thai Ambassador's Residence to welcome a group of Thai performing arts teachers and students led by Ms. Borvornnut Anyapho, Assistant Professor, Bunditpatanasilpa Institute, Mr. Nattapong Chatkate of Nong Khae Sorakij Pittaya School, and Ms. Kai Sukitja Whitcomb, Director of the Thai Dance Troupe of Ottawa. The group will participate in the Thai-Canada Cultural Exchange 2019 during April – May 2019.
