The Royal Thai Embassy in Ottawa will organize the Thai Street Food Festival 2024 on Sunday 7 July 2024, at 11.00-18.00 hrs., at the Horticulture Building, Lansdowne Park, 1525 Princess Patricia Way, Ottawa, ON, K1S 5J3.

Participation Fees

• $150/unit for Thai food vendors (outdoor) - includes one 6” rectangular table with linen, two plastic chairs and one 10’x10’ tent.
• $100/unit for Thai food trucks (outdoor)
• $50/unit for other Thai products and services (indoor with no cooking) - includes one 6” rectangular table with linen, and two plastic chairs. 10’x10’ space.
• Extra $50 for 15-amp electrical hookup, and $100 for 30-amp electrical hookup (if required).

General Notes

• As space is limited, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• Once the application is approved, the vendor will be notified and will be required to submit participation fees to guarantee space.
• Food vendors are required to have self-serving wash stations and fire extinguishers.
