On 16 July 2022, the Royal Thai Embassy in Ottawa, in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa and the Thai Trade Centre in Toronto, organized the “Flavour of Thai: Thai Culinary Master Class” for the second consecutive year to celebrate Thailand’s rich cultural heritage through its cuisine, featuring Chef Nuit Regular, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of incredibly popular restaurants in Toronto. The opening ceremony of the event was presided by Mr. Thanapol Wang-Om-Klang, Minister and Chargé d’affaires, the Royal Thai Embassy in Ottawa, Ms. Wiwan Srirubsukha, Director of the Thai Trade Centre in Toronto, as well as executives of Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. A special cocktail reception with Chef Nuit Regular was held later in the evening at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa to commemorate the event.
