On 23 April 2018, H.E. Maris Sangiampongsa, Ambassador of Thailand to Canada, attended the grand opening ceremony of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Toronto Office. During the meeting at the TAT’s Toronto office, Ambassador, Chairman of the Tourism Authority of Thailand Board of Directors, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and Deputy Governors took the opportunity to discuss and explore ways to promote Thai tourism in Canada.

Ambassador Maris also attended the evening reception held on this special occasion. During his remarks, Ambassador emphasized the importance of Canadian tourists and expressed his willingness to collaborate with the TAT’s Toronto office to help expand Thai tourism market in Canada.
